Supervision
As your Clinical Supervisor, I draw on the values and philosophies of my integrative humanistic approach to create a supervision experience that is tailored to your individual needs.
My approach to supervision is rooted in Technical Eclecticism and informed by somatic, existential, Gestalt, and anti-oppressive psychotherapy frameworks. Together, we can find ways of working that feel meaningful, supportive, and relevant to your practice.
I aim to offer a confidential, non-judgemental, and courageous space where all aspects of your client work can be brought and explored. Supervision is a place for reflection, challenge, growth, celebration, uncertainty, and curiosity. I see it as a collaborative relationship, one that we co-create together, where learning emerges through dialogue, trust, and shared exploration.
Whether you are a trainee counsellor, a newly qualified practitioner, or an experienced therapist, I welcome you. If you are looking to deepen your understanding, confidence, and competence in working with neurodivergence and GSRD clients, I would be delighted to hear from you.
Before booking an appointment, I offer a free 20-minute introductory telephone consultation. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another a little, discuss what you're looking for from supervision, and see whether we feel like a good fit for working together. There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions if it doesn't feel right.
Ongoing supervision sessions are charged at £60 for 60 minutes and £75 for 90 minutes. Online appointments are available throughout the week, and in-person appointments are offered on Saturday mornings at The Practice Rooms in Broomhill, Sheffield.
